SUBJECT LINE: Oops, we did it again.

Dear Tweeters,

First off, we want to thank you for all of your awesome support over the years. We can’t say it enough. YOU are what makes Twitter, Twitter.

No Tweets, no Twitter!

We’ve run into a bit of a problem with one of our most used features….replies. We know that you find new cool people to find based on people that your friends reply to. Only thing is, it really slows us down. Why? Because of the way we built Twitter.

Here are some things we can do:

- Turn off the feature altogether

- Turn it off for a bit while we fix things up for you

- Offer a workaround while we fix things up for you
