Sharing. Caring? Or Crazy?

I like to share.  I really do.  There’s a lot of things I’ve shared over the past 7 months that well, when I look back…I’m surprised that I did a lot of the time.

But honestly, it was all worth it.  If you could see the emails/facebook messages/DM’s I get, you’d understand why.  No matter how many people get value out of things that I share, as long as someone does, then it’s amazingly rewarding and awesome.

New ways to share are flying in our faces.  Tweets, status’s, texts…

…and now what we buy.

I’ve been a huge admirer of @pud’s work for some time now, he works on some really innovative and disruptive projects, and his latest Blippy is no different.

Quick pitch:

You share what you buy.

Period.

You tie in your bank account, your iTunes account, Amazon account, Netflix, etc. and you stream all of the things you buy.   People follow you and comment on it, and some really interesting serendipity happens.

For example, I didn’t know that Inglorious Basterds was available for rental until I saw MG Siegler’s Blippy stream this morning.  He purchased it from iTunes.

Is this cool or crazy?  Don’t know.  But it’s interesting and it’s cool.

Want to give it a try?

Go to http://www.blippy.com and use the invite code BLAMEDREW - first 50 is in!

Happy Holidays, show us what you buy!

I’m @drew there, so gimme a follow :)
