Music and Me
I heard about this today, the New American Music Union by American Eagles Outfitters, and it made me think about music.
I absolutely love music. It makes me happy, it makes me focused, it keeps me in the zone, it sets me free when I need to be.
Whenever things aren’t going so well and I’m bummed or stressed, for some reason the music goes by the wayside. It’s almost as if I like it so much I don’t want to use it as a crutch for when I’m sad. I should work on that.

“In Your Eyes” reminds me of being that guy who wants to just go against all odds and be with who he wants to be with. “Dying” by Hole reminds me of how short life really is and one second everything can be great and the next it can feel like everything is over. I love cover songs, I love original works, I really love accoustic music. I love 311, Joe Purdy, Meiko, Cranberries, and many many more.
