A Twitter and World Internet First.

So, my dad has been on Twitter for a while (@barryolanoff). My mom and my stepdad follow my tweets to keep up with what i’m doing. I’ve tried to get them on it for quite some time.

They weren’t ready to make the leap.

And then Amanda of Mashable wrote this post about how to get moms on twitter:

I pinged her on twitter and asked her to email my mom personally and she did. My mom responded, and then her and my stepdad signed up for twitter respectively.
